A None at all. Give us a call and we can discuss your best options. A desire and commitment to learn is all you need.

Q What can I expect to earn after completing the course?
A Please see our course details or opportunities pages. This not only lists the course contents but also explains what the opportunities are and what you can expect to earn.
Q Will you give me a job after the course?
A Not directly, but we offer job placement assistance through our many contacts in the industry. Whilst we cannot guarantee you a job, our placement record is second to none!
Q What qualifications do I gain from the course?
A All our graduates attain the "HIA Certificate of Competency" which is becoming the accepted industry standard.
Q Are all the courses held in the Midlands?
A No, we run courses throughout the UK, depending on demand and in any geographical area. Give us a call to discuss the best option for you.
Q Do I have to bring anything with me?
A No. All course materials and manuals are supplied. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing. Our courses are about enjoying "Learn to Earn."
Q Can I alter my course date once booked?
A We understand that unforeseen things can happen. We will rebook your course to the next available convenient date.
Q I have paid a deposit, when is the balance due?
A The balance is due 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.
Q How do I know if your courses are full?
A If a particular course is fully booked, we will contact you immediately with alternative dates. If this is not convenient for you, we will offer a full refund of any payment made.
